About Gosford Anglican Church
Gosford Anglican Church is a welcoming Christian community based in Gosford, on the Central Coast of NSW. We are part of the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle and have served this region for generations – through worship, care, and a deep commitment to the Gospel.

Two churches, one community
We gather across two sacred spaces:
Gosford Anglican Church
Our main church building on Mann Street, where we hold our Sunday morning services and host many community events.
St Mary’s Heritage Church
Our historic sandstone chapel, offering a more traditional Saturday evening service in a peaceful setting.
Both churches are places of prayer, reflection and connection. Open to all, regardless of background or experience.
Our Anglican Christian faith and beliefs
We are grounded in the Anglican tradition, shaped by scripture, prayer, sacrament and service. We believe in a God of love, and we aim to reflect that love in our worship and in the way we care for others.
You don’t need to have all the answers or be at a particular point in your faith journey to join us. We are a community that listens, learns and grows together in Christ.

Church life at Gosford Anglican Church goes beyond weekly services. Our buildings are places for:

Historic spaces on the Central Coast
Both our churches are cherished landmarks in Gosford. St Mary’s is heritage-listed and offers a beautiful, traditional setting. Our main church on Mann Street is more modern and flexible, providing a home for worship and community activity in the heart of the city.
